Planning and Building

The Planning and Building Department just released a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking professional firms to provide independent plan check and building inspection services on an as-needed basis for the Building Services Division of the Planning and Building Department. The goal is to minimize response time and improve customer service by supplementing in-house staff with consulting services. Requested services may include plan check review and onsite inspections for both residential and commercial projects.
